Custom Quarter Side of Beef (Deposit Only)

Our Custom Quarter Side of Beef is perfect for families who want to stock up on locally-raised, pasture-fed beef. With a deposit for 1/4 of an animal, you can choose from a variety of options, including Angus grass-finished, Angus grass/grain finished, and Waygu/Angus grass/grain finished. The final price includes 1/4 of the animal and butcher fees, with additional fees for specialty cuts. Buy in bulk and save, choosing all of your favorite cuts from our local butcher. Trust us to provide you with high-quality, delicious beef straight from our family farm to your table. Our animals are antibiotic and hormone-free. The remaining amount is due at the time of processing. Sides are available as early as next month!
 
Things to know:
-Final amount based off animal hanging weight (Typical animal hanging weight will be around 700 lbs for a whole).
-Your price will also include processing.
-When buying a side, you get to pick the cuts you want and how they are cut and packaged.
-Free local delivery or pick-up from our butcher.
-A whole beef will typically yield 400 lbs of actual meat.
